This crisp taffeta skirt would be great with a black velvet top, or maybe a metallic silver. It has an evening quality to it, with metallic silver in the plaid. It's a knife pleat style with a set-in waistband and side zip closure. Came out of an estate collection with loads of designer stuff, though it doesn't have a label. There are belt loops indicating it once has a belt, but we don't have it. Any black or silver one will do..
